I used to work long and hard hours, saying ‘Yes’ to every request and demand made of me. I got so tired but I didn’t even notice the aches and pains in my wrists and hands until one day I couldn’t sleep.
I had developed repetitive strain injury (RSI) from always putting others first in my job and was exhausted.
I would wonder why no matter how well I catered for others needs in my relationships, my needs never seemed to get met.
Not that I really thought about them of course.
It was the day I realised I had lost myself that I knew I needed to change. It has been a long road of recovery and now I help others on their journey to recovery.
I will help you:
re-discover who you are, your inner voice, your highest self
grow in your power and self confidence
establish healthy boundaries and manage conflicts
express your feelings appropriately
learn what feeds and drains your energy
re-connect with your sexuality
create rewarding relationships
Our coaching relationship opens up fresh ways of thinking, re-connecting with feelings and identifying what is important for you. Change is hard and it takes time, but I am here to support you each step of the way.
