Do you feel like you can’t talk to anyone because they wouldn’t understand and you hate to ask for help? You keep giving in your relationships and not getting back. You keep attracting the bad guys. You are confused about who you are, keep getting ill or exhausted and wonder if there is any more to life than this.
I was at that point too.
I used to work long and hard hours, saying ‘Yes’ to every request and demand made of me. I got so tired but I didn’t even notice the aches and pains in my wrists and hands until one day I couldn’t sleep. I had developed repetitive strain injury (RSI) from always putting others first in my job and was exhausted.
In my relationships I would give and give and feel so empty and alone. I didn’t know what I wanted - I never thought about it.
I was in a toxic relationship for a long time. I was never happy but thought I could help him be happy.
It was the day I realised I had lost myself that I knew I needed to change. There had to be more to life than this. I had to ask for help.
It has been a long road of recovery and now I help others just like you on their journey to recovery and an amazing life.
Our coaching relationship opens up fresh ways of thinking, re-connecting with feelings and identifying what is important for you. Change is hard and it takes time, but I am here to support you each step of the way.
